  3. In “System Information”, review the value for the System Type item: في "نظام المعلومات" ، واعادة النظر في قيمة لنظام نوع البند :
    • For 32-bit editions of Windows, the value of the System Type item is x86-based PC . ل32 بت من ويندوز الطبعات ، وقيمة هذا النظام هو نوع البند x86 - يقوم جهاز كمبيوتر.
    • For 64-bit editions of Windows, the value of the System Type item is x64-based PC . ل64 بت من ويندوز الطبعات ، وقيمة هذا النظام هو نوع البند x64 القائمة على كمبيوتر شخصي.

  1. Click Start , type system in the “Start Search” box, and then click system in the “Programs” list. انقر فوق ابدا ، في نوع نظام "بدء البحث" المربع ، ثم انقر فوق النظام فى "برامج" قائمة.

  2. Click the General tab. انقر فوق علامة التبويب عام. The operating system appears as follows: ويبدو ان نظام التشغيل على النحو التالي :
    • For a 64-bit version operating system: Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 Edition Version <Year> appears under System. لنسخة 64 بت نظام التشغيل : مايكروسوفت ويندوز اكس بي المهنيه x64 رقم النسخه <year>تظهر في إطار هذا النظام.
    • For a 32-bit version operating system: Microsoft Windows XP Professional Version <Year> appears under System. لنسخة 32 بت نظام التشغيل : مايكروسوفت ويندوز اكس بي النسخه <year>يبدو المهنيه في اطار النظام.

    Note <Year> is a placeholder for a year. علما <year>هو متغير لمدة عام.

  1. Click Start , click Run , type winmsd.exe , and then click OK . انقر فوق ابدا ، ثم انقر فوق تشغيل ، ثم اكتب winmsd.exe ، ثم انقر فوق موافق.
  2. In the details pane, locate Processor under Item . وفي التفاصيل ، حدد موقع المعالج في اطار البند. Note the value. ملاحظه قيمة.
    • If the value that corresponds to Processor starts with x86 , the computer is running a 32-bit version of the Windows operating system. اذا كانت القيمه التي تتفق مع المعالج يبدأ x86 ، الكمبيوتر وتدير الاصدار 32 بت من نظام التشغيل ويندوز.

    Vista: Just press Windows+Break to open the System control panel (also works in XP). فيستا : عادل الصحافة ويندوز + كسر النظام لفتح لوحة التحكم) ويعمل ايضا في اكس بي).
