		<description>I&#039;ve been using the HD PVR since August...and have already recorded 50+ High-Def Movies from my Comcast STB.  The recordings are indistinguishable from the original and are recorded in the AVCHD compliant format.  AVCHD is h264+ac3/DD5.1 in a .m2ts file format.  These files can then be burned onto a DVD in the AVCHD format and played back in most Blueray Players or PS3.  The files can easily be playbed back on a PS3 from a USB HDD or DLNA streamng server...such as Twonkymedia.  
It basically rocks and is perfect for HD Movie guru&#039;s who want to build up their own high quality HD libraries...</description>
