AND, as a side effect, it changes the tcip file and along with that, it removes the "Test Mode" and "Evaluation Mode" Watermarks that are sometimes displayed on Vista x64 esp, when unsigned drivers are forced to be used.I uploaded it as the authors website is no longer active.
