This is my second Dell. My first was a desktop and worked fine for over five years…this next one is the laptop and I’ve had to replace the harddrive twice. I’ve had nothing but problems with it…I was a firm believer in Dell, but this is my last. Apple next..

I recieved my Dell Inspiron 1525 for Christmas 2008 and by January 2009, the hard drive had melted. It took me two months to get it fixed by Dell, and the hard drive broke down again last night. I definitely wouldn’t buy Dell again, the 1525 is a piece of crap.

THINK WE SHOULD DO A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT. ITS NO WAY IN HELL PPL WHO BROUGHT THIER LAPTOPS IN 08 ARE SUDDENLY MISSING UP IN EARLY 09 AT THE SAME TIME. THOSE SONS OF BITCHES PLAN THIS SHIT AND THEY ARE MAKING MILLIONS OFF OUR MISERY.
I brought the DELL INSPIRON 1525 about 2G in JAN 08 did not get it until Feb. Third week of using the damn thing than it started freezing and shutting off. Asked if I could send it back and these mother fuckers said no because it’s been 30 days since I brought it. I only had it for three weeks but they included the time it took to get here witch was about 10 days. Call them again and they told me to reboot. I did it worked fine. Exactly one year later after my manufacture warranty is over my motherboard fried. So now I have to pay about 150 to get a new one on top of paying 1200 for a 700 computer because I was dumb enough to finance it. Basically I got FUCK left right up down and all around.
MORAL OF THE STORY DO NOT BUY A DELL.
DO NOT FINACE A DELL.
GET THE 3YEAR WARNITY IF YOU DO GET ONE.
BE PREPARED TO SPEND TWICE AS MUCH FOR IT
On I good note I have a dell desktop for about seven years and it still works find. But that was before 2005 when they decided to sabotage their computers.

I received my 3GB Inspiron 1525 two days ago. As soon as I plugged my earbuds into the audio jack, I instantly noticed static feedback. I completely disabled the audio and the annoying static remained. I searched Dell support and found nothing to help me. I did find that other people have experienced the same problem and apparently, a rather crude fix exists.
A crude fix, an elegant fix, it matters not. The Inspiron 1525 is back in the box and will be returned Monday morning. I will gladly pay a 15% restocking fee ( CONSUMER PENALTY) to get rid of this computer with a well known and unresolved audio problem.
The 15% return penalty I have to pay, is enough to prevent from never buying a Dell again. I had been on my 2nd Dell, now it is my last.
I regret the hassle, but am very happy to return it immediately and now I can buy a computer that works properly.

I bought this pile of crap in september 2008 and this shit can’t ever drive LOTR Conquest which came in january 2009! THIS IS WASTED MONEY ! Sometimes i want to close this shit the wrong way so i can’t see the fucking “Dell” icon!
And btw it’s not only LOTR that’s pissing me off. I’m playing wow with 15fps in the LOWEST quality and i use to lag out in raids and the fucking vista is saying: “Wow.exe not answering”!
To u who have made Dell: GO FUCK YOURSELF!
And to Microsoft: Why Vista?
