「這裡開放指令提示這裡」或「開放命令窗口」提供一個容易的方法直接地打開指令提示窗口在瀏覽的地點，无需必須使用命令行改變目錄，特別是到深被築巢的文件夾。 窗口景色有 「開放指令提示這裡」鑲入，但掩藏將顯露當關鍵順序被按時。

這裡打開命令窗口在Windows XP，得到開放指令提示這裡在文件夾的用鼠標右鍵單擊上下文菜單，下載和這裡安裝開放命令窗口PowerToy (CmdHerePowertoySetup.exe).
