lindynas.jpg Lindy Electronics has introduced its purpose-built hard drive, Mini NAS Enclosure, for the Mac mini. This Lindy Mini NAS Enclosure is compatible with the standard 3.5” ATA hard drives. It can be connected to the Mac via a USB port and allows users to backup data and share files easily over internet or a network. The enclosure does not require any dedicated server. It features a built-in FTP server that allows up to five consecutive users to backup or retrieve data via FTP connection. The enclosure also supports Samba server and able to host 64 online clients. It provides a password-protected browser-based user interface for management and configuration of the solution.
