How to Remove and Uninstall Vista Activation Cracks with VOATK Tools

Windows Vista activation is one of the hardest piracy protection system to bypass and crack. Since the official release of Windows Vista backed in January, hackers have evolved and created newer and newer crack methods that allows user to more reliably crack, bypass and remove Vista activation requirement. The cracks used include the early frankenbuild method, KMS activation, stop activation countdown timer method, to later software-based Paradox OEM BIOS emulation (also softmod and Vista Loader), and hardware-level OEM BIOS mod. However, there is no easy way to remove or uninstall these cracks applied, until the release of VOATK Tools.

VOATK Tools v2.2 is a collection of handy Windows Vista activation and license tools to helps users to activate Vista operating system or solve problems related to activation of the Vista OS. You have all the rights to believe that this freeware utility supposedly provided by Microsoft itself, but it’s not. Instead, it’s not but wrote from underground hacker named Extra300. Thus, it incorporates some “not so legitimate” features such as ability to remove and uninstall various Vista activation cracks applied by activators such as Softmode1, VistaLoader, VistaBoot, TimeStop (same with TimerLock) and Paradox, although by itself VOATK Tools is not a crack.

Enable and Unhide Administrator Account with Vista Local Security Policy Setting

If you’re not comfortable in using command line in activating Administrator account in Windows Vista, there is another easy way to enable the Administrator account by using graphical user interface (GUI) within Vista desktop. It’s not necessary a must to use Administrator user account to login to Vista, but it’s useful if you want the convenient of using computer without distraction of User Account Control,or simply want to have a super user account as a ‘backdoor’ backup that able to reset your password if forgotten.

Activate, Enable and Show Administrator Account in Vista Welcome Screen

Windows Vista has built-in administrator account that is disabled and hidden by default, just like Windows XP (see how to show administrator account in XP). But unlike XP where any normal user account designated as Administrators group will have the same privileges as administrator account, in Windows Vista the administrator account is true super user account (equivalent to root in Unix/Linux). Obe advantage or benefit for using administrator account to login to Vista is admin is not subjected to UAC (User Access Control) restriction (see how to disable UAC).
