Thanks.. seems one of the file is specifically meant for UK users.. hence the name.. `spysweeperregsetup_gbr.exe’ (filesize=12.805mb), whereas the other direct link to webroot has the filename `sspsetup1_1.exe’ (filesize=13.972mb).. the latter one seems to be nuked by webroot, used direct download and then through a file manager.. got syuck at approx 98% in all cases.. reasons=`Cannot download the file because of timeout.. Details=The server sent incorrect reply on restart command’ lol

The ftp link is not working.. I even tried a ftp client with the username (spy) and the password (sweeper55) but was denied a connection to the site.. any feedback from anyone who has been able to download the same successfully?
