Capture Image Directly to Windows Live Writer with Snipping Tool Plugin
Bloggers using Windows Live Writer (WLW) on Windows Vista or Windows XP Tablet Edition will definitely like the Snipping Tool Integration Plugin for WLW. Imagine you’re writing a tutorial about how to use a program in Windows Live Writer, and you need to add a few screenshots on the process. Normally you will have to run third party screen capturing tool such as SnagIt or Snipping Tool to capture and save the images, and then only paste or insert the iimage into WLW editor.
Snipping Tool Integration Plugin for Windows Live Writer integrates Windows Snipping Tool which available built-in in Windows Vista and Windows XP Tablet Edition into Windows Live Writer. The plugin adds a Insert snip capture option to WLW so that whenever users want to capture a screenshot, all they have to do is to click Insert snip capture from right or upper menu, and WLW will automatically invokes Snipping Tool. After the screenshot is taken, the image will be inserted automatically into the current post, which then can be managed or manipulated as a regular imageinside the Writer editor.

The plugin is for Live Writer, you must have WLW installed on your system.
