List, View, Save and Close Opened TCP/IP Ports or Connections with CurrPorts

CurrPorts is a small utility that displays the list of all currently opened TCP/IP and UDP ports on your local computer system. For each port in the list, users can also view information about which is the process that opened the port. The detailed information that is displayed including the process name, full path of the process, version information of the process (product name, file description, and so on), the time that the process was created, and the user that created the process.

Other added useful features in CurrPorts are that the application allows you to close unwanted TCP connections, kill the process that opened the ports, and save the TCP/UDP ports information to HTML file , XML file, or to tab-delimited text file. It also has a unique functionality of able to automatically mark with pink color suspicious TCP/UDP ports owned by unidentified applications, which are the applications without version information and icons.

CurrPorts

Download CurrPorts (cports.zip) or CurrPorts for x64 based system (cports-x64.zip) where latest version of both editions is 1.30.

CurrPorts does not required to be installed as it’s a standalone executable. Simply unpack the zip file and run the cports.exe to start the program. CurrPorts works in all versions of Windows including Windows 98/Me (information for each port won’t be displayed, Windows NT (psapi.dll requires in System32 directory), Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, And Windows Vista.
