Unzip the archive, then upload and place the technorati-links.php file into /wp-content/plugins/ directory under your WordPress blog root.     You've did an awesome plugin but seems not working with wordpress 2.6 because they re structure the OOP code objects and moved them from index-extra.php -> dashboard.php… if you have some time have a look at my post at my site..
