You’ve did an awesome plugin but seems not working with wordpress 2.6 because they re structure the OOP code objects and moved them from index-extra.php -> dashboard.php… if you have some time have a look at my post at my site.. It’s a temporary solution but I think you can have some idea to implement and improvise the plugin would be great..
