		<description>The correct and shorter why to create these shortcuts is as follows: make a new shortcut in on the desk top...and in the first field..type this.  For Shut down...."shutdown -s -t 00  and for restart....."shutdown -r -t 00   and for log off...."shutdown -L 00"....and they will work perfectly..there is no need for those long and drawn out commands.</description>
