3D Blu Players are coming very, very soon.

Sean,
I’m sure the glasses are not the polarized glasses you’ll get in the cinema. TV’s are not able to polarize the light in a way they will work with those specs. Probably they are similar to the SOLIDO specs, used in some IMAX 3D theatres (and there they work great, believe me!). They are high quality, wireless electronic shutter glasses. The bubble in the middle will be an IR receiver for the sync signal (SOLIDO received multi channel sound as well). Because of the better resolution of Blu-ray and HD-DVD those systems are what we (3D freaks) have been waiting for.
Shutter glasses used to give a bad picture, as the resolution of the 3D pictures is half of that what a normal picture would be. With HD systems the 3D picture will have the same quality as regular television, and for a 3DTV home system that is not bad at all!
Now I hope there soon will be top 3D movies on this system be available, as there are:
House of Wax, Across the Sea of Time, Space Station (actually filmed in space!), Ghosts of the Abyss (the real Titanic wreck!), Magic Box and several others.
