- زرت [وب بج] مع فيديو خاطفة يطمر على الصفحة.
- طقطقت فوق الفيديو خاطفة أن ينشّط الخاطفة [بلوجن] (فقط على [سب2] أو أعلاه), بعد ذلك قوّمت يطقطق فوق فيديو أن يعرض الخاطفة خاصية قائمة الطعام.
- طقطقت فوق "عمليّة إعداد" على قائمة الطعام سياقيّة, بعد ذلك طقطقت ال "تقدّم…" زرّ.

I had this problem (no sound) with a new pc I was preparing, turns out I plugged the sound in the wrong sound slot in the motherboard. Sounds noobish, but the fact is the speakers worked fine with mp3s. I ended up plugging the speakers in a 7.1 slot ( I guess). So you might wanna check if you don’t have your speakers in the wrong slot. (Green obv)

manishi, come back to this site and look for alink that says “Show All”, click that and some really good advice (from me) will help you get your sound back
Ultimately learn how to clear your “flash cookies” (note the word “flash” in “flash cookies”) and it will very likely resolve your issues.

I’ve been having this problem the last few weeks. I just tried both things you suggested, going to the site and running CCleaner. Still no sound.
I have XP, but I do have a program installed that gives my whole computer the Vista skins for windows and the taskbar and everything.
Contact me via my email if you have any more suggestions, because this problem is quite aggravating. I frequent quite a few sites that use flash and I would love to have SOUND again!!!!!

A member of our flash team found the problem. It has to do with mute vs. volume=0. Clearing the cookies clears the state of the cookies that mantain these values. We added some code to clear the states manually and havent had a word off the problem since.

i ma having the same problem. I was not able to find the specified path. i am thinking because the solution mentioned is for vista and not for xp which i am having. please correct me if i am wrong . also if anybody knows the solution in a XP along these line please do post it.
