I had the same result applying yesterday the new bunch of updates through windows update. My recommendation if you are using TimerStop: stop using Windows Updates until it's fixed. Applying these updates, at least KB938979 , will make TimerStop useless: 43199 – 43198 … and now 43194 minutes remaining in “slmgr.vbs -dlv”
