you go to this site http://www.filesbox.info/ (or any other like http://www.rapidshare.com) , press choose/browse/(whatever ), select the fie, and then press upload, and wait. After that you shuld get a link (at rapidshare you have to press the blue text from below to get the link (if i remember corectly) ). And after that you post the link here.

oh if you are downloading the ipod version you will need a bitorrent client i would suggest utorrent

Also, you can use this torrent to download a version of HP7 for your ipod.
Just plug in your ipod, drag the files to the Notes folder, and read!
