Canon M80 Portable Photo Storage Device
The photography and imaging technology giant, Canon has launched its M80, the portable photo storage device that allow you to backup and store your valueable photos/images directly from memory card or camera and display them on its built-in high resolution 3.7 inch TFT LCD screen. This useful device seems like designed to be part of the workflow for photographers when traveling or on location.

The Canon M80 can support wide variety of memory cards including SD, SDHC, MMC, CF, and MicroDrive. In addition, this media storage device also features USB 2.0 Hi-Speed interface and extended PictBridge functionality. Hi Dave,
To activate your M80’s PIN, goto Home->Setup->PIN (scroll down until you see the option)
If you have never set the password, just enter your referred password and SAVE.
To deactivate PIN, just input your current pin and leave the new PIN blank. M80 will ask you if you want to delete PIN.

My experience with M80, it is very good in my camera RAW files as well as jpegs images. Love the security features. Not only it uses the same battery as my Canon EOS 30D.
The only thing no good about M80, when view a large mp4 files, it took a very prolong period of time to open the files. It not a good video media player but a very good image viewer.
My rating of M80 will be a 8/10
