This new firmware is currently available at Japan Sony’s website. It will be made available in other parts of the world in the future. Gamers can expect to get it through the Sony website soon.

So how does one get the H264 file into the PS3
Only via download from Sony Online to built-in hard drive?
Or can the H264 file reside on a home network and be played from there?
Or can it be burnt to DVD+/-RW and played? (most movies in full H264 HD will be greater than 1 DVD)
Thanks
