Previously, YouTube co-founder has turned into instant millionaires when the video-sharing giant, YouTube was sold to Google for US$1.65 billion last year.
“YouTube would be available to more people around the world in future, like allowing bus and subway riders to access videos of 30-60 seconds each, while people on longer journeys watching files of up to 10 minutes,” said Steve Chen.
