		<description>If you have the Google Chrome problem, try going in the options for it and selecting the Under the Hood tab. There you can Browse... to select a new Downloads folder. Right click on a folder in the window that opens and click Explore.
This will open a Windows Explorer window and allow you to browse to system32 and open cmd.exe to run the rearm command. :)

Open the downloads tab.
try to open a picture or a pdf from the previous downloads.

from there you can open in windows picture viewer the explorer.exe...
