This is on a Gateway FX530XV tunning Vista Ultimate SP1 with a 24" monitor and a Nvidia8600 GTS (SLI). After at least twice a week emails between their Tech Staff and myself I finally decided to uninstall all of it and demand my money back. I'm now trying Corel WinDVD 9 Plus Blu-Ray and get video but no audio. That's using a Toshiba SD-H802A for HD DVDs and a Sony BWU-200S for Blu-Ray. Conventional DVDs play fine in both drives.
