Hi, I've tried Cyberlink PowerDVD 7 Ultra as well as PowerDVD 8 Ultra and all I can get is a black monitor. This is on a Gateway FX530XV tunning Vista Ultimate SP1 with a 24" monitor and a Nvidia8600 GTS (SLI). After at least twice a week emails between their Tech Staff and myself I finally decided to uninstall all of it and demand my money back. I'm now trying Corel WinDVD 9 Plus Blu-Ray and get video but no audio. That's using a Toshiba SD-H802A for HD DVDs and a Sony BWU-200S for Blu-Ray. Conventional DVDs play fine in both drives. Does anyone have any ideas that might help?

Ummm, recent updates to PowerDVD Ultra has already fixed this. Just download the latest patch and you'll have this fixed, along with other issues that existed last year.
