Just install Windows Media Player 10 or later and it’ll work just fine. I had the same problem, I did what I’m saying and everything is ok now.

I’m having the exact same problem with my YP-U3J. It charges but it’s “disconnected”. I already went to the Device Manager, did the uninstall thing and still doenst work. Can anyone send me the drivers please. Thank you (niccakwan@yahoo.com)
