I tried this program and tried to print another uses calendar from it, but it seems to be duplicating all the calendar entries. Executive assistants here have full access to the Executives mailboxes including the calendars. When you open one of the executives calendars in this program all the entries are duplicated? Anyone else get this problem?

This program sucks.... You're forced into THEIR templates, layed out the way THEY want them.

All the monthly templates have the date hiding behind the text. After upgrading to Outlook 2007, you can nolonger get a simple monthly calendar to print that is readable. If the "assistant" would let you create your own template or change the layout, it would be useful. But as it is, like it their way or go without.... but that's Microsoft's way in all it's products.

@5: I think the old file(without validation) is called "CPAOsetup.exe", and not "CalendarPrintAssistant.exe".
If you could find someone with the old one, you should be ok :)

"If you still demanding more freedom to play with your calender, then customize and create new templates."

How is this done?

I have downloaded this and went through the validation, but I can't figure out where in Outlook 2007 their are any extra options for printing. I am having a hard time getting everything to print out on a monthly calendar.

Thanks for any help.

Thanks for your fast reply, but the problem isn't the download. The problem is installing the software. It will be a validation during the installation. Any fix for that?

Thanks in advance
