Wasnt happy with C.P.A. Although some of the layouts are quite nice.
I now use Wincalendar for creating a weekly calendar newsletter from Outlook appointments. With it, i can edit the calendars just like a regular Word doc file! i hate having to use two different programs though. Outlook should allow converting your calendar to Word/Excel like Wincalendar.

I am trying to print a calendar in Outlook 2007. It won’t let me print only one month at a time however. It prints Jan-Mar, then Feb- Apr. It is getting super annoying. Anyone know how I can print Jan all by itself, feb all by itself, ect? I only want one month at a time. Thanks

I had the printing assistant downloaded on my computer-I’m not an administrator but I can’t figure out how to print a good monthly calendar. I only want one month at a time and it fills the page with five full weeks and I want to eliminate the weeks on the left side that are displayed on their side: 5/3-8 etc. Any help would be appreciated.

I tried this program and tried to print another uses calendar from it, but it seems to be duplicating all the calendar entries. Executive assistants here have full access to the Executives mailboxes including the calendars. When you open one of the executives calendars in this program all the entries are duplicated? Anyone else get this problem?

the program installs in MS Office>MS Office Tools
but I agree it’s not too impressive

This program sucks…. You’re forced into THEIR templates, layed out the way THEY want them.
All the monthly templates have the date hiding behind the text. After upgrading to Outlook 2007, you can nolonger get a simple monthly calendar to print that is readable. If the “assistant” would let you create your own template or change the layout, it would be useful. But as it is, like it their way or go without…. but that’s Microsoft’s way in all it’s products.

@5: I think the old file(without validation) is called “CPAOsetup.exe”, and not “CalendarPrintAssistant.exe”.
If you could find someone with the old one, you should be ok

“If you still demanding more freedom to play with your calender, then customize and create new templates.”
How is this done?

I have downloaded this and went through the validation, but I can’t figure out where in Outlook 2007 their are any extra options for printing. I am having a hard time getting everything to print out on a monthly calendar.
Thanks for any help.

Thanks for your fast reply, but the problem isn’t the download. The problem is installing the software. It will be a validation during the installation. Any fix for that?
Thanks

Is there a validation? Try this direct download link:
