    I have not been able to find any software anywhere that supports Vista 64 bit and Nikon RAW image processing. Ako may hindi been able sa mahanap ang anumang software na kahit saan na sumusuporta sa Vista 64 bit at Nikon raw image processing.

    Even RAW image viewing seems nigh on impossible. Kahit na raw imahen na tumitingin sa anyong malapit sa imposible. Google’s Picassa sort of works- you can view RAW images but Picassa insists that the RAW images are 700kb in size when in reality they are 5mb each.     Nikon Capture NX works great with Vista 64 bit and is the best tool in my opinion for NEF file manipulation. Nikon makuha ang magandang NX gumagana sa Vista 64 bit at ito ay ang pinakamahusay na kasangkapan sa aking opinyon para sa mga NEF file manipulasyon.

    We upgraded from XP to Mac OSX. Kami-upgrade mula sa XP sa Mac OSX. We use vista on our macs for testing, but our entire 3d/hd video lab runs fine… 64 bit and supports just about every raw format (nef included) even in preview.     I am very frustrated by not being able to see thumbnails of my D300 NEFs while I explore in Vista on this most powerful HP6700 notebook I just got. I am very frustrated sa pamamagitan ng hindi ninyo makita ang mga thumbnail ng aking D300 NEFs habang ako tuklasin sa Vista na ito sa pinaka-malakas na HP6700 notebook ko lamang got. Luckily I am able to work with ViewNX and CaptureNX which absolutely terrific imaging tools that work together well! Sa kabutihang-palad ako ay makapag-trabaho sa ViewNX at CaptureNX na ganap na walang kakila-kilabot imaging mga kasangkapan na magtulungan din! Meanwhile Adobe PS,lightroom and Corel, which I use too, are behind the eight ball somewhat.. Samantala Adobe PS, lightroom at Corel, na kung saan ko magagamit ang masyadong, ay sa likod ng walong bola tila .. NOTHING’s EASY.. Wala ng DALI .. I guess..     You can use the standard Nikon Codec on Vista 64, you just have to make sure you run the 32bit photo gallery and not the 64bit. Maaari mong gamitin ang standard Nikon codec sa Vista 64, kayo ay may lamang na tiyakin na iyong patakbuhin ang 32bit photo gallery at hindi ang 64bit. Salamat - great tip. 2 quick questions- any idea how to make the Nikon Codec display Raw/ NEF files in Windows Explorer ? 2 mabilis na mga katanungan-anumang ideya kung paano gumawa ng Nikon codec display Raw / NEF file sa Windows Explorer? And how do you make the 32bit version of Photo Gallery the default version ? At paano kayo gumawa ng 32bit version ng Photo Gallery ang mga default na bersyon?

    Ardfry’s codec works well but you have to pay. Ardfry's codec gumagana ng mabuti ngunit kailangan ninyong bayaran.

    An alternative workaround that works for me is to open Windows Photo Gallery 64 bit and then import all your RAW photos - use the Add Folder to Gallery feature.
