Canon RAW Codec 1.0 for Windows Vista Free Download

Canon RAW Codec 1.0 is a software plug-in that, when installed in Windows Vista, enables the import and display of RAW images with the file extension .CR2 that captured and taken with Canon cameras. With the Canon RAW codec, photographers or designers can easily open, view and manipulate Canon RAW images in Windows Vista. However, the codec does not support .CRW RAW image files, and can be used only on 32-bit version of Windows Vista. It’s not compatible with the 64-bit Vista.

EOS Kiss Digital N / EOS DIGITAL REBEL XT / EOS 350D DIGITAL

To download Canon RAW Codec 1.0 for Windows Vista, follow these steps:

Visit http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=DownloadIndexAct.
In the Category drop down list, select “EOS (SLR) Camera Systems”.
In the Product Type drop down list, select “Digital EOS Cameras”.
In the Model dropdown list, choose your camera model.
Click on Go button.
Then click in “Drivers / Software” link at the top of the page.
A new window will open, select the Canon RAW Codec 1.0 for Windows Vista option (tick the radio button) under the Software section.
On Disclaimer page, scroll to bottom, and click on “I Agree - Begin Download” link.
On Canon RAW Codec 1.0 page, scroll to the bottom, and then download and install the executable RC100UPD_7L.exe with size of 7.64 MB.
