New Sony Cyber-shot DSC-H7 (DSCH7) and DSC-H9 (sDSCH9)
Sony Cybershot DSC-H7 and DSC-H9 new digital camera will be launched to replace Sony DSC-H2 and DSC-H5. Sony Cybershot H7 and H9 incorporates a 8.1 megapixel CCD and 15x optical Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar zoom, which are 31-465mm range (35mm equiv). With this power zoom, these cameras are perfect for who wannabe paparazzi. Sony Cybershot H7 and H9 are powered by the Bionz processing engine, which can provides better color reproduction.
Sony Cybershot H7 and H9 digital cameras will see the debut Sony’s new advanced sports shooting mode which can combines high shutter speed shooting and intelligent continuous auto-focusing. The shutter speed of both cameras are up to 1/4000s. Sony has also included their NightShot technology which can take photo in total darkness environment, but in Sony Cybershot DSC-H9 only. Same as Sony Cybershot T20, H7 and h9 also can support full HD output, and include the Photo Retouch tools such as soft focus, cross filter, fish-eye effect and partial color.

Sony new Cybershot DSC-H7 and DSC-H9 will hit the market by April at the price of about $400 and $480. The VMC-HD1 high-definition component cable will also be available in April for about $40 which can connect to HD TV for seeing the HD output from camera. Both new camera continues the new trend in recently launched Sony digital cameras such as T100, T20, H7, H9, where all of them come with advanced BIONZ processor, face detection technology, photo retouch functions, full HD output.
