OEM Certificates of Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer and Sony for Windows Vista Activation Crack
If you download Windows Vista retail version DVD media image, or download pirate leaked RTM edition of Windows Vista, or have MSDN release, you will need to import and install Microsoft signed OEM certificate for corresponding OEM-made computer with BIOS that supports SLA 2.0 and build with SLIC ACPI table from Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Sony or other manufacturers. OEM cert is a requirement for OEM style permanent Windows Vista activation, where users need not to activate online if they have the correct and valid OEM product key. If you download OEM version of Windows Vista DVD media, the digital certificate is already built-in into the distribution disc.
Update: Download 31 Windows Vista activation OEM digital certs with auto installer.
Download OEM certificates for the brands:
Acer: acer.xml
Asus: asus.xrm-ms
Dell: dell.xrm-ms
Gateway: gateway.xrm-ms
HP: hp.xrm-ms
Lenovo: lenovo.xrm-ms
NEC: nec.xrm-ms
Sony: sony.xmr-ms
To use, import and install the signed OEM certificates, follow the steps below:
- Download and install any of the following Windows Vista edition:
- During installation, enter the corresponding edition of OEM product key listed in this file (CD-Key.txt).
- After installing Windows Vista, open an elevated command prompt with administrator rights and execute the following command to import the correct OEM cert:
slmgr.vbs -ilc <path>oemcert.xrm-ms
For example, to import and install an Dell OEM cert for a Dell computer, execute (assuming the OEM cert is located at C:\ drive:
slmgr.vbs -ilc c:\dell.xrm-ms
- Windows Vista should be automatically and permanently activated.
Note: If you purchased and own an OEM desktop or laptop computer, download the latest version of BIOS from the computer’s manufacturers to see if a SLP2.0 supported BIOS has been released or not. If the motherboard’s BIOS does not support SLP 2.0 (SLIC and Windows Marker), try to search for mod BIOS or modify BIOS yourself (high risk).

Hi Guys,
Im looking for a certificate for MSI boards
February 26th, 2007 06:43
I wrote it because ASUS bios sla added does work on my Abit ic-7 mobo but I can not activate vista (I installed it with(out) serialkey and then installed asus.certificate).
February 26th, 2007 06:59
Acer Home Premium: 2TYBW-XKCQM-XY9X3-JDXYP-6CJ97
works also with asus
February 26th, 2007 07:10
Some serios News-Sites write, that this way of bypass the activation would be successfull, but only for a short period of time. The reason is, that the manufacturer have to use a different and unique OEM key for each single product, notebook, computer, system, etc. for vista (otherwise to XP). So it is a little job to deactivate this keys you can find above, which only one single customer originally owns.
So, i would recommend to stay with the other cracks.

Nice, I just found out that the ASUS A7V8X-LA motherboard is actually the A7V8X-MX SE, but that LA is the part name for HP.
I found it’s bios here: http://dlsvr03.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/socka/KM400/a7v8x-mx/AWDFLASH.zip
Now let me see if I am able to modify it now that it’s not from the HP BIOS that I got from WinFlash :P. I’ll see if it works and if we can get Vista activated on this, but I believe I would need a reinstallation of Vista, which I don’t mind at all.
February 26th, 2007 13:44
Oops sorry that is the BIOS flash tool. This is the BIOS:

This does not work on my dell dimesion 9100… I have upgraded the bios to the most recent version, but it still seems to want to activate. Does that meen I need a “OEM-made computer with BIOS that supports SLA 2.0 and build with SLIC ACPI table from Dell?” Or still a cracked bios. Has anyone found a cracked phoenix bios for dell?

Who ever moded BIOS for Gigabyte 965P DS-4 v2.0
make a gooood job. I instaled Vista ultimate before 10 days, and I was running stop timer. Worked well, but as of to day, my vista is genuine MS product! :-;
O yes, my board is v1.0, but works with 2.0 BIOS - asus cert. I try this one because MB have dual BIOS (much safer to play with), and I only have OEM ultimate key for Asus.
I will pay you a case of beer man!
Many thanks

March 4th, 2007 13:59
There’s a typo on this page!
If you get the “RPC server unavaible error”, then you followed an incorrect instruction. The line that reads:
slmgr.vbs -ils oemcert.xrm-ms
should actually be
slmgr.vbs -ilc oemcert.xrm-ms

Locating the oemcert.xrm-ms in tokens.dat
Method:
Goto C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing\
Open “tokens.dat” with the hex editor of your choice (i used winhex)
Search for the words “OEM Certificate”
A few lines above that line you will see this string:
Copy everything within that string and the string a bit further down called
Create a new file and paste the copied data
You should now have a file which is exactly 2.731 bytes
Save it, giving it a understandable name. eg: [BRAND].xrm-ms

You cannot get updates using the keys provided. I tried installing Dream Scene and Dream Scene content pack. The Windows Update program doesn’t find any updates. This means that Microsoft probably flagged this key a fake and is not letting people update with this key.
March 21st, 2007 05:46
@Srinivas
What you say is totally wrong… I’ve installed vista ultimate with the asus oem key and there is no problem with updates…

Yea you can get the important updates. Try downloading a Windows Ultimate Extras. Also try download the Content Showcase.
