   Has anyone had any luck with the Gigabyte GA-M55plusS3 (Version 1)?? If so let me know! I tried opening up the Original.bin in the Hex Editor and couldn’t manage to find RSDT, SLIC or any of the mentioned strings… It looks as if the file might be encrypted… Any ideas?

   Hi all,

   Somebody knows how to open an AMI based bios with extension .ROM?

   I’m trying to open my A8N32-SLI Deluxe but MODBIN6 2.01.01 tells me that it is not a 6.0 BIOS.

   I wanted to modify it because I have 2GB RAM and I can create one for 1GB and other for 2GBs
   but MODBIN6 is driving crazy with that message hehe

    can anybody modify this bios for me? its an Asua M2N-E SLI bios revison 401.. i tried the M2N-E 802 bios revison but everytime i try to update.. my update utility says model doesnt match..even though on the asus site it states the 802 is my boards newest bios revison..

    ok im after a bios that will fix vista im running a acer ast300
    bios ver:R01-co
    sis-651-6A6IXDDDC-00
    mainboard is a
    L4S5MG/651+
    i can suply a copy of my own bios to be modified if i can get someone to do it.
    i cant even figer it out i got a bit stuck.
    as its bean locked by acer so i can only use there bios update my email is in my web addy

    I have tried for four days now to crack this bios, seeing hex in my sleep. Anybody have luck with a GA-8PE667 Ultra? Computer just keeps rebooting at windows screen. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Hey, is it possible to mod Intel motherboard BIOSes to support this? I have an Intel D865PERL, and I would like to know if it really is possible.

    I can’t determine whether it’s an Award or AMI BIOS, since both editors (mmtool and modbin6) can’t open the file.

    Still hope someone manages to patch Dell bioses..

    Need Dimension 8300 bios myself:
    I extracted the latest D8300 bios (Non Vista capable)

    maybe it could be patched using strings of the latest D9200 bios (Confirmed Vista capable)
