Set the Recycle Bin Separately
The Windows Recycle Bin uses the same settings for all of your drives by default. In the event you have more than one drive or partition on your system, you can actually set the Recycle Bin options separately.
Right click the Recycle Bin icon and click “Properties” on the pop-up menu. Click Global tab and click the option button next to “Configure Drives Independently”. With this, you can set options for each drive on your system.
