   has anybody BENCHMARKED this version against a FRESH installed XP? BENCHMARKED ima iko ovu verziju od svježeg instaliran XP?

   i once have installed a mod 2003 server that should be “ligthning fast blah blah….” ja jednom imati instaliran jedan Mod 2003 server koji bi trebao biti "brzi ligthning blah blah ...".

   only to notice that 2 out of 10 games would not run and there was NO speed gain. samo primijetiti da 2 od 10 igara ne bi pokrenuti i nije bilo brzo dobiti. (ok futurmark showed 3% more points). (ok futurmark pokazao 3% više bodova).

   my test was on a amd x2 4000, 2GB ram, geforce 7900 GTX. moj test je bio na AMD x2 4000, 2GB ovan, geforce 7900 GTX.

   im curious if this one is better. im znatiželjan ako ovaj je bolji. but im not going to test it again. ali im ne ide testirati ga opet.

   This is a great thing, but some issues stand out. To je velika stvar, ali neka pitanja iz štand.

   I’ve been running this thing for a week or 2 now, loving it so far. Sam izvodi ovu stvar za tjedan ili 2 sada, voli je tako daleko. No major problems or gripes, but finding an antivirus was kind of a pain, they should make sygate firewall optional. Bez većih problema ili trbušni grčevi, ali nalaz Protuvirusni je vrsta od bolova, oni bi trebali napraviti sygate firewall obavezno. Installing Logitech setpoint was a pain, I had to set the compatibility mode to XP to get the installer to run.    Lots of fun extras on the CD but no AV? Mnogo zabave dodaci na CD-u, ali ne i AV? Unattended install works fine, but some kind of progress indicator would be nice, and the thing takes an inordinate amount of time when installing flash player. Unattended instalirati radi u redu, ali nekakav indikator napredovanja bi lijepo, i ono traje jedan neumjeren vrijeme kad instalirate Flash Player. I’ve done 2 installs with this on 2 computers and it’s working great. Sam učinio 2 instalira sa ovom na 2 računala, a to je radno veliko.

This is for gaming, not server stuff, so if you are gonna miss those components, don’t try and a server with this.     Well this version is nice, but here are problems: Pa ova verzija je lijepo, ali ovdje su problemi:

    1) Wireless net is not working with WEB hidden network! 1) Bežična mreža nije rad s WEB skriven mreža! According this many network parts is not strange …do not know why? Prema ovom mnogim dijelovima mreže nije čudno ... ne znam zašto?

    3) WmWare server is not working correctly (constant log filling with error) 3) WmWare poslužitelj ne radi ispravno (konstanta prijavite punjenje s pogreškama)

    4) MS Virtual PC is not running correctly 4) za MS Virtual PC se ne prikazuju ispravno

    5) National language support is missing…this is something that should stay! 5) nacionalni jezik podrška nedostaje ... to je nešto što bi trebalo ostati!

    Just a follow up, ‘cos I managed to install my keyboard layout: Samo slijedite gore, 'cos sam uspio instalirati mom rasporedu tipkovnice:
    In system32 all layoutfiles exists, so I simply removed kbdus.dll, then I renamed the one I wanted, kbdno.dll, to kbdus.dll. U system32 sve layoutfiles postoji, pa sam jednostavno uklonjena kbdus.dll, ja preimenovana u jednom sam htjela, kbdno.dll, da kbdus.dll. Restarted and my keys worked like a charm! Isključivali i moje ključeve je radio kao čar!
    Guess this would work for the most basic languages? Guess će to raditi za najosnovnijim jezika?

    Still miss remote desktop and/or terminal server though.. Ipak propustiti Remote Desktop i / ili Terminal Server ali .. VNC works great, but i’d rather use the built-in function. VNC djela velika, ali bih radije koristiti ugrađeni u funkciji.

    if anyone needs all of these extras, then teh answer is simple, install the full version (that would work.) ako bilo tko potreba svih tih posebnosti, a zatim odgovor je jednostavan, instalirati punu verziju (koja će raditi.)

    Anyways, the tiny xp works for what it was designed to do. Uglavnom, u sićušne xp radi za što je dizajniran za obaviti. i use it as an alternate boot os incase the primary os crashes, and one day it will crash.     Installed it on a PIII 650MHz with 384MB RAM and a GeForce FX5200 and it worked perfectly. Instalirano je na PIII 650MHz sa 384MB RAM-a GeForce FX5200 i to je radio savršeno. Tiny2003 is more snappy on the old machine than XP64 on my dual core gaming rig, and that’s including using the Vista transparent windows theme.     Hmm., without testing I can only offer that anyone wishing to speed up XP can do many tweaks on their own, turning off useless services and removing components, bells and whistles and STILL keep much of the useful functionality of a full install OS.
