tried what u said but still getting the alerts.i'm trying to instal norton antivirus but security centre is blocking it.i had mcaffee antivirus but security centre wont recognise it and its constantly showing those annoying alerts! I hope this works- SP2 has been screwing up my MMORPG play and it's the Windows firewall that continues to turn it itself back on that appears to have been the culprit. Pozrel som sa na celom webe, aby sa pokúsili oslabiť bezpečnostné centrum a nikto si ho ale môžete. And your method worked EXTREMELY well. A vaša metóda pracuje veľmi dobre. Great fix, but why not just go into the security center properties from the control panal and just “change the way Security center notifies me” and turn off all prompts? I have tried the permanent method of patching and it worked quite nicely. Snažil som stály spôsob opráv a fungovalo to celkom dobre. However, when I tried to use it on another PC but wga-fix.exe did not change the host file. Avšak, keď som sa snažil použiť na inom PC, ale wga-fix.exe nezmenil hostiteľského súboru. I discovered hosts wa s hidden and read only. Zistil som, počítače wa s skrytý a iba pre čítanie. I manually made it read write and ran host fix it again became read only and hidden and did not change. I ručne sa to čítať a písať bežal hosť opraviť opäť stala iba pre čítanie a skrytý a neměnil. I tried to change -h -s -r attribute from command line it worked but again I tried to manually edit it with notepad. Snažil som sa zmeniť-h-s-r atribút z príkazového riadku, to fungovalo, ale zase som sa pokúšal ručne upraviť s poznámkový blok. But when I try to save it gives error and hosts again becomes read only and hidden and creates a backup file. Ale keď sa snažím urobiť si dáva chybu a hostí opäť stáva len pre čítanie a skrytý a vytvára záložný súbor.
