The download link above (for Microsoft Photo Info 1.0) doesn’t seem to work. I found Microsoft Pro Photo Tools v2.0, though, here:

This is a handy IPTC data viewer and editor. Nicely implemented. Unfortunately, it does not seem to perform edits on Exif data, only viewing.

have a look here about problems with the soft:

“Hi Photo-Wiz and others who are seeing the install error towards the end.
We have some data from another user with this issue and we are currently
investigating. I will be sure to post a response once we know more. In the
