Upgrade my PC and OS for having video on my desktop background? No way! This can even be done on PII/Win95. I don’t know what universe those Microsoft guys are living in! This is plain old DirectX and it has nothing to do with Vista. You can get it today on any PC.

… for Windows Vista Ultimate users only ? NO, its also possible to run DreamScenes on XP, take a look at XPScene (Freeware) from dreamscene.org (a free DreamScene site).
