Honestly, you a moron for even writing this. You think Amit wrote the first article just to get people to his blog? Grow Up!!
First of all, who cares if you have to pay $10 to get a licensed version of Windows Vista? You have to be smoking way to much crack not to take the OEM’s up on that. $10 to Free……Considering that your saving $200 of so dollars (depending on which version of xp you bought with your computer) , yeah your pretty much getting it for free.
Second, If you have the cash and the need to go and exhibit at CES you PROBABLY DON’T NEED TO WORRY ABOUT PAYING FOR AN OS!!!!! Yes they got them for free. AGAIN, YES THE SOFTWARE WAS FREE!!!. Your petty argument of having to pay to get into the show is invalid because no one puts up an exhibit there just to get a free copy of Vista, they go there because they are trying to make more money.
Now I will give you one point for his timeliness in regards to the PowerTogether reference. But next time you decide to be all high and mighty on someone, check yourself. oh,btw, Take and English class, your grammer sucks dude.

Heath, the article said “for free”, so everything that you need to pay is NOT.
Secondly, free Vista is for use in CES’s computer ONLY. It’s not for you to take home. So it’s NOT free.
Thirdly, timeliness? PowerTogether has long gone, how can you now get free Vista from it?
