Show,List Out and Identify All Shared Files and Folders in Windows Vista
If you share a lot of files and folders with other network computers and devices, and suddenly want to check and know which files and folders that you have made accessible to other users in computers or devices in the network, or want to conduct security review and audit, or just to list out and identify all open sharing files or folders, Windows Vista make this process simple and easy with Network and Sharing Center, which provides users with a centralized location to manage network connections and resources

To access Network and Sharing Center, click on Start button, and then click on Control Panel. In the Vista Control Panel, select Network and Internet, and then select Network and Sharing Center.
At the bottom of the Network and Sharing Center, you will see the links of “Show me all files that I am currently sharing” and “Show me all folders that I am currently sharing”. Clicking on either link will instruct Vista to open an window listing all the files and folders that is been shared from your computer.
