ETH0 has released a patched version of LegitCheckControl.dll v1.5.723.1. Simply download Windows.Genuine.Advantage.Validation.v1.5.723.1.CRACKED-ETH0 RAR achive. The archive also contains WgaTray.exe and WgaLogon.dll at v1.5.540.0, as the new WGA validation tool LegitCheckControl.dll is released via WGA Notifications update which also consists of WgaTray.exe and WgaLogon.dll. After download, extract or expand the archive, and run the installer.bat batch file. The batch script will automatically copy and overwrite 3 files with patched version. [...]

For the Microsoft Download Center now LegitCheckControl.dll version 1.5.723.1 is required!

Below you can download a full patchted KB905474 update version 1.5.723.1 (LegitCheckControl.dll)
respectively version 1.5.560.0 (WgaLogon.dll and WgaTray.exe as dummy files).

IMPORTANT: Before the installation close the Internet Explorer and delete in the
\Windows\system32 folder the existing file LegitCheckControl.dll! The overwriting
of existings LegitCheckControl.dll work by this version of patched update
unfortunatly not anymore (respectively not anymore proper, depends on the already
existing version).

After this install the patched update like you would install a normal update,
simply execute the file WindowsXP-KB905474-x86-1.5.723.1-noWGA.exe.
Possibly the system must be restarted after the installation.

Afterwards Window Update cannot be normally used, no more nag screens, and also
all WGA protected downloads from the Microsoft Download Center are available.
