The free $200 ads credit offer expires on January 15th, 2007 on midnight Pacific Time. More terms and conditions of the free $200 search ad clicks credit are that the promotional credit must be fully redeemed in click spend within 90 days of sign-up, and any advertising expenses that exceed $200 value will be charged to advertisers, unless advertisers suspend their ads if they do not wish to receive additional charges beyond the free credit amount, or after 90 days from sign-up.

Another catch is that you have to be a resident in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., and each new Microsoft MSN adCenter customer is good for one time free credit only. Beside, there is a minimum bid requirement of $0.05 per clickthrough to the ad, although you pays only when the ad is clicked.
