BitDefender Internet Security 10 is the latest version of security product from SoftWin company, and is the flagship application which combines BitDefender antivirus engine, firewall, antispam, antispyware and parental control software. BitDefender Internet Security 10.0 covers all the security needs of an Internet-connected family by providing comprehensive protection against viruses, spyware, spam, scams, phishing attempts, intruders and objectionable web content. The application has comparable features to McAfee Internet Security Suite or Norton Internet Security. BitDefender Internet Security v.10 costs $69.95 for 2 PCs for 2 years of services and updates.
PC Advisor reviews BitDefender Internet Security 10.0 and concludes that the modular design and the fact that every aspect of BitDefender has been coded directly by the manufacturer, Softwin, means the code is more concise. It takes up a fraction of the space consumed by many of BitDefender’s bloated rivals. BitDefender 10.0 provides comprehensive protection from all of its tools. However, it doesn’t come close to its rivals in terms of user-friendliness. The interface is not intuitive and documentation is overly complex.

I switched from ZoneAlarm® INTERNET SECURITY SUITE (ZISS) to BitDefender Internet Security v10 (BDIS) 2 weeks ago. ZISS is pain in the neck for last 6 month or so, I decided to look around for something new and after running trial versions of Norton & MacAfee, I came across BDIS within few minutes my search was over. I am extremely happy with its performance. It runs silently in the background, giving me a comprehensive protection from all sort of internet threats. So far it behaved very well and I have had no problem with it. I highly recommend this product over ZISS, Norton & MacAfee. Install its trial version, I am 100% sure you will be impressed as well.
