If you are using a DNS Server, you can block it by creating a domain called mpa.one.microsoft.com and then adding an A record to 127.0.0.1 and then your clients would connect to 127.0.0.1 instead of microsoft.

Also another question, does this work on Vista and Windows Server 2008? It would be awesome if it did.

Do you guyz not get it they had to take down the links but that have left all the files names that are needed so go to google and just copy the full name and then download it from some where else
