Hi there, sorry for so late comment, do you have any idea why IE7 and IE8 in Finnish are not been installing on Genuine Windows XP SP3, also Finnish version. Every time I get error that this language is not supported. Also when I go to download page of Finnish version, STEP 2 of selecting operating system, text is partly in Finnish and partly in German I guess. Could it be possible that downloading version is not Finnish but some other so it is making problem?

IE7 for Windows XP is a joke. I did the "automatic upgrade" because, up to now, I trusted IE. Not anylonger!!! I have not been able to get to a single web page since I downloaded that mistake. What were you thinking? I can't uninstall it because it is always running. I even tried add or remove programs. I have no way to get online to any web pages. If there is any way to get rid of IE7 and go back to IE6, please, someone email me and let me know. I am using another computer to check my emails.

[...] Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) has built in search built-in instant search box on the top right corner of IE window, providing an easy way to initiate web search. The search done by the IE7 instant search is actually depending on which Search Provider you choose. You can add in as many Search Providers as you want, such as Google, AOL, Ask.com, Yahoo!, Windows Live Search (included by default), Amazon, ESPN, MTV, Expedia, Wikipedia, Amazon and etc. However, if you format your computer, or change your computer, the IE7 Search Providers list will be lost. To keep it, there is a hack and trick to export and save the Search Providers list, which can then be copied, transfered or migrated to new computer or re-imported after re-installation of Windows Vista or XP operating system. To backup, export, save or copy, move, migrate and transfer the Search Providers list: [...]

[...] You may have just upgrade your Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) to Internet Explorer 7 (IE7), however, Microsoft has starting the development on on the next generation of Internet Explorer called “IE Next” (likely to be named “Internet Explorer 8″ (IE8) or IE 7.5 on official release) or codenamed “Teahupoo” quite some time back. And general public, IT professional and web developers or designers will likely get to see or preview a prototype of IE 8 during the Microsoft MIX ‘07 conference in late April 2007. Most of the sessions in MIX 07 will focus on web development, with the popular AJAX, ASP.NET and WPE/E topics taking the center stage, and discussed in most sessions. However, one of the sessions at MIX’07 is “First Look at the Future of IE” which targeted audiences of web designers and web developers group with the following description: Hear what Microsoft’s browser investments mean to you, and make sure you get a voice in shaping the next version of Internet Explorer.
[...] If you still looking for ways on how to install Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) or Windows Media Player 11 (WMP11) without validation or no validation on Windows XP that has been validated as non-genuine by Microsoft, the easiest method to crack Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) and bypass and skip WGA validation without actually validating the Windows OS is by using a registry hack to make Windows XP activated and genuine. The registry hack allows Windows XP users to install Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) final release with no validation required, or install Windows Media Player 11 (WMP11) final version bypassing validation required during setup. The trick also allows users of counterfeit not genuine Windows or Windows that unable to validate to download from Microsoft Download Center software products that are exclusive to genuine Microsoft customers. To use the Windows XP (works in SP2, anyway IE7 and WMP11 only support SP2 only for 32-bit XP) registry hack to activate and legitimate the operating system, simply follow the following instruction. The crack add some registry values into the Windows’ registry to trick Windows to believe that itself has been activated, and force WGA Validation Tool LegitCheckControl.dll to always return genuine status after validating process.
[...] Google believers and followers can now download customized Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) which is optimized for Google, which means the IE7 comes pre-installed with Google Toolbar, default home page set to Google Personalized Home, and has Google set as the default search engine provider for the IE7 address bar and the instant search box embedded in the web browser. This is the logical offering from Google, as Yahoo! has previously made available IE7 optimised for Yahoo!, while original IE7 has all the Microsoft’s flavors, and both will steal the search traffic away from Google if the web surfers prefer the IE7, and use the IE 7 search box without changing the default search providers, or using the ‘wrong’ (to Google sense) home page. IE7 optimized for Google can be downloaded from here. The Internet Explorer 7 offered by Google has exactly the same features and functionalities as the original IE7 downloaded from Microsoft or built-in in Windows Vista, except for the changes mentioned above.
