If the name Mecca or Ka'ba only belong to stupid moslem, why they do not apply for a trademark for the name. Ja nosaukums Mekā vai Ka'ba tikai pie stulba moslem, kāpēc tie neattiecas uz preču zīmi, nosaukums. So any other attempt to use that name will have a copyright infringement.
