Very relieved because up until yesterday I *had* a genuine copy of XP bought in good faith, Microsoft made it ‘counterfeit’ by blocking the key and were no help at all. Stuff ‘em!! And big up to sites like this and the people who post on ‘em!!

i dont know about any kind of hacking or cracking stuff. but i just found how to pass wga. i just run a windows license registry file every time when wga check was required!

Guys, i had problem w/ my PC. since i accedentaly update the MS Genuine, may pc was Lagged then IE7 was not enable and some of my program not run well. I ordered my XP Service pack 2 cd by mail, but when I try to install it, it says my serial key is invalid… I really need to install SP2 though, for my new software (Photoshop CS3, WMP11, EI7 etc…) Is there anyway of disabling/bypassing the wga/serail key check during the installation? please help me out guys! Generic Host for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and need to close. I close and restarte my pc and seem fine. Should I be concerned?

I download the no validation SP2.exe to upgrade my XP. But upon installation, it will still be detected by WGA.
the cracks i found by etho on 1.7.18.5 is for Win XP SP2, not XP.

Hi, I am really stuck…
I had my computer fixed recently, and the person who did it installed a PIRATED copy of windows XP SP1.
To get all the new programs and features I used your method above to download SP2 without any validation; I installed this and now my computer will not boot into windows!

If you have a genuine copy and changed yr motherboard you can call ms and they will open it back up to allow a ‘fresh install’. I have done this several times, including installing on a new computer (my laptop).
I have heard they will allow you to do this no questions asked up to five times (5 computers? your call…..).

it worked for me….
it asked for validation
and then i just clicked validate
and it didnt say anything…
it just went on with the installation
IE7 works just fine on my pc now
makes it a much more beautiful place…

I have a genuine copy of windows, i know this as it came with my pc which i got from a proper retailer, the checker says its not a geuine copy but i have the certificate to proove it, now i just use this page, its very handy

You say that with the direct links you can download without the WGA checks, but that’s not true, at least not for me. It starts to download, but after the EULA accept/deny, it runs the WGA check and then doesn’t let me go any farther.
This sucks as my OS (WIN XP Pro) came with my comp, but when my motherboard died a couple of years ago, WGA no longer recognizes my OS as genuine. Just another way for MS to help pay it’s legal bills no doubt as this WGA came out just after all their troubles started.
Any help or ideas?

You can download just fine with the above info but how do you install? Answer: You lift a VLK from a public computer with your flash drive. Flash drive will have an XP key ID program on it
At home change your corp key to the one you just borrowed and you will pass validation. Install your IE7, defender, etc then revert back to your original XP product code to show Bill’s MS some respect. Despite reverting back defender will still load updates.
