I have tried and tried to get this thing to work. It seems to lag my computer and also causes other things to not want to work. I have had enough. Very unsatisfied. I am trying to uninstall but that is a task within itself. Buyer beware!!! It doesn't do what it says it will do. Nothing has come out like it should...burning, converting, and editing. I tell you this is more work and headache than its worth. Do not buy this. I have tried and tried to get this thing to work. When I encountered problems, I uninstalled the program and was not able to re-install because the CD Key did not work. I contacted Roxio and after two weeks, I was sent an email with a patch to run and then reinstall. That did not work and I am still searching for an answer.
