ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware Reviews
ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware is a premium and advanced edition anti spyware utility of XoftSpySE Anti-Spyware. ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware features Active Protection for real-time blocking, customizable scanning processes, scrupulous detection and removal of adware, spyware, pop-up ads, keyloggers, trojans, hijackers, malware, and other potentially unwanted applications, large and continually growing definition databases of known and emerging threats, automatic push update for feature and definition database, Backup and Restore for all files removed, Cycle Detection to prevent recurring loops of an alert message pops up, and automated functionality such as scheduling.
Softpedia reviews ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware 5.0 and concludes with good editor rating of 3 out of 5 that “ParetoLogic Anti-Spyware was a pleasure to use, its features and interface look very good, and the amount of system resources it uses is decent. However, I don’t know why some software companies keep pulling prices up for such programs, instead of working on quality and features and keeping prices as low as possible to be attractive to a larger mass of users. This one is too expensive, in my opinion, and this should be enough for the “black balls” section.”

I renewed my ParetoLogic Reg Cure in September and paid $39.97. However, it is not adding to my computer. There is no contact number on the home page so I’ve lost my money. I would suggest not to waste your money on this company.

I’m a new custommer and I must say I’m furious about my new purchase and I don’t like hidden information. I went over and over your web site and even in the purchase section, NOTHING is mentionned about the fact that the Licence Key is only good for 1 year. I’ts only when I started the program and enterted the licence key that I saw i little “Renew” section and then, I discover that the licence was only working for one year. This is very near from FRAUD. Not giving the Entire information to a new custommer in unnaceptable. By hidding this important information, you suggest that the licence key is good forever, wich is not the case! I buy a lot of stuff in the interner and it is the first time I see a company playing the “HIDDEN POLICY” just to make sure you catch your ratio of suckers. Even in the FAQ section, the “term of Use section, nothing about this. This is a outragous practice and I will make sure that every forum on the net knows about your Hidden policy practice.
A very frustated not renewing custumer

My Regcure works fine on my Windows XP Operating System. But I even heard from a Computer Shop Technician that Game Programs do not work properly with Windows Vista Operating System, People should Reformat their Hardrive and Install a $165 OEM XP Operating System on their new Computer purchased at a Computer Shop it will give you one week Warrantee & Support it is the same as the $450 12 month Warrantee XP Full Version .

Laura, this simply is not true, customer service at pareto is simply hopeless, confirmed by the fact that I am not the only one who has experienced this. All your support ever do is send a generic email and ask for a log download,it is clear your people never bother to even read an email. Having sent the logfile I then hear nothing. Also your antivirus simply does not work ! It is extremely slow to load. Continually asks to download updates and does not remove virues. My laptop could not be fixed so I bought a new one with Norton Antivirus. Never again would I have anything to do with Pareto. I strongly recommend Norton. You can speak with them, they have excellent database of virus information, can remotely access the pc to fix problems, and their database of definitions is as far as I can see far superior to Pareto.

Hey Laura–
You have absolutely nothing to be proud of because there is no customer support from ParetoLogic–it simply does not exist.
Further, your RegCure product does not even work. My experience is proof positive that RegCure is useless. Not only did it not solve the “Error 1402″ problem for which I bought it, it also completely screwed up the registry of a second machine so that Quick Books no longer functions and will not even re-install.
And yes, I have contacted customer “support” repeatedly, and have provided the rquested .zip files and screen shots–all to no avail.
I tell everyone I know to avoid ParetoLogic at all possible costs–to give up computing before buying one of your useless products.

Hello Michael
We sincerely regret to hear of the difficulties that you are experiencing with your computer.
Could you please send me an email to
pareto-rep@paretologic.com containing your Support Ticket # so that we can further investigate?
At Paretologic, we are proud of our Customer Support and receive high praise for our timeliness and dedication to our customer’s needs. In fact, many of our customers tell us that our Support is second to none and the quality of our responses are refreshing and unique in an age in which customer service seems to be a lost art.
We truly appreciate your business and look forward to hearing back from you.
