Thanks for the great write up This was a necessary thing to do on my end, because the Memorex 2GB Mini Travel drive U3 launchpad does NOT work in Vista. الشكر الكبير لكتابة هذا كان من الضروري ان تفعل الشيء على بلدي الغاية ، لان memorex 2 جيجا بايت محرك الأقراص المصغره السفر u3 launchpad لا يعمل في فيستا. Hello and thank goodness for the tips on how to unistall the appalling U3 software. مرحبا والحمد لله لنصائح حول كيفية unistall المروعه u3 البرامج. It crashed or bombed almost every PC I used it on. أو أنها تحطمت وقصفت كل جهاز كمبيوتر تقريبا كنت على. Imagine the joy of using it to load a presentation at a client and spending the next 1/2 hour trying to recover. تصوروا فرحة تتوجه الى تحميل العرض في الانفاق والعملاء القادمة 1 / 2 ساعة تحاول استرداد. I made the mistake of buying one of these. انني اخطأت في شراء واحدة من هذه. I’m an IT professional, but I wasn’t aware of this U3 nonsense. انا احد متخصصي تكنولوجيا المعلومات ، لكني لم اكن ليس لديهم علم بهذا u3 هراء. I just needed a device to move files, not some monolithic app that interrupts me every time I plug the USB stick in. If you’re reading this you’re probably like me… أنا فقط بحاجة الى وسيلة لنقل الملفات ، الا ان بعض متراصه تشغيل التطبيق في كل مرة يقطع لي انا USB سد العجز فيها العصا اذا كنت قراءة هذا ربما أنت مثلي…
Unfortunately this solution is not good for me since I use it quite promiscuously …but as a simpler/elegant solution to the above: ومما يؤسف له ان هذا الحل ليس جيدا بالنسبة لي وبما انني باباحه استخدام تماما… ولكن كما ابسط / الأنيق الى حل للاعلاه :
Disable the virtual CD in your device manager by: تعطيل مؤتمر نزع السلاح الافتراضيه الخاصة بك في ادارة الاجهزه عن طريق ما يلي :
1) Plug in the U3 drive 1) سد العجز في حملة u3
2) Start->Run compmgmt.msc 2) البدء> تشغيل compmgmt.msc
3) Go to device manager under CD/DVD Drives 3) اذهب الى ادارة الاجهزه في اطار مؤتمر نزع السلاح / محركات اقراص الفيديو الرقميه
4) Right click on Verbatim/Memorex CD ROM and select disable. 4) حق انقر على المحاضر الحرفيه / memorex قرص مدمج واختر تعطيل.
5) Unplug U3 drive, and test again! 5) افصل u3 الحملة ، والاختبار مرة اخرى!
This is will prevent plug and play from re-detecting the virtual CD drive that boots U3. وهذا سيحول دون التوصيل والتشغيل من اعادة اكتشاف الافتراضيه مؤتمر نزع السلاح ان يدفع u3 الاحذيه. This leaves you with just a regular old stick, provided its not your first time on the computer. وهذا يترك لكم مع مجرد عصا العاديه القديمة ، بشرط الا مرة الاولى الخاصة بك على جهاز الكمبيوتر.

I found this really nifty replacement which has more apps and doesn’t require an extra drive and all sorts of nonsense that U3 comes with. لقد وجدت فعلا nifty استبدال الذي يملك المزيد وتطبيقات لا يحتاج الى دفع اضافي وجميع انواع الهراء أن يأتي مع u3.
