I need to get template from WOrd Vista 2007 when I clikc new it shows me a screen and I cn download templates but it says I do not have a GenuineMicosoft. How do I get it. I don’t know which download page I have to go to.

please help i got a message of not validate the genuine windows software, and after that by mistaken i had uninstall the windows installer 3.1 from control panel, now i want to install it as there is regular pop ups come to update window installer but i am not able to install it. it stops automatically and again ask for update

My operating system is windows XP media center, I have received automatic update recently and partially installed the remaining parts are belong to Microsoft Office 2003 installed in my PC and so far I am not able to update these updates and fails to install each time I make an attempt, appreciated if any one help me to troubleshoot the problem,
