It’s nice that we can turn off pasting of formatting each time we paste, but is there an option to do it permanently? I agree with Hatta - this is a solution for a problem that doesn’t exist. Jag håller med Hatta - detta är en lösning för ett problem som inte finns. Word does let you customize keyboard shortcuts using the Customize dialog (View > Toolbars > Customize…the same dialog that lets you create custom toolbars and buttons.
