Online Preview and Download Microsoft Office System 2007 Beta 2 Full Release

Microsoft has launched an online preview of 2007 Microsoft Office System Beta 2 business productivity software which is hosted on Microsoft server. And the real-time test drive does not require product installation or download on the end-users PC apart from a browser plug-in.

In the Office 2007 Beta 2 online preview, users can test drive Office 2007 features and functionalities by exploring Microsoft Office System through Web browser on their own, or follow the step-by-step tutorials to experience all of its useful features. With the test drive users can try out the latest improvements to familiar Microsoft Office applications and use sample data that you can edit, send by e-mail, and post to Microsoft SharePoint Products and Technologies sites in real time.

The following components of 2007 Microsoft Office System are included in the test drive: Microsoft Office Access 2007, Microsoft Office Excel 2007, Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007, Microsoft Office OneNote 2007, Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager, Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, Microsoft Office Project Professional 2007, Microsoft Office Publisher 2007, Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007, Microsoft Office Visio 2007, Microsoft Office Word 2007, Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services, Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. Most functionalities are included except documents printing and saving, as well as 18 product specific tutorials.

Microsoft has released Beta 2 of the Office 2007 suite for public download last May, and is still avaible for download in full release or get Microsoft to send the Office system in DVD by mail for evaluation. The downloadable version of Microsoft Office System 2007 Beta 2 will expire on February 1, 2007. After expiration, 2007 Microsoft Office system Beta 2 will continue to work in a reduced functionality mode that limits your options and operations.
